Graduate of the University of Oregon. Has early experience in subdivision and custom home construction in Oregon. Came to the islands in 1970, supervised and managed heavy building projects. Was employed with Nordic Construction as a superintendent in 1963.
Responsible for the overall management of the company, RME, procurement of new accounts and projects, directly handles bonding and financial requirements as well as insurance and other contract agreements, safety compliance and major equipment need.
