The project team is comprised of a select group of capable individuals. The principals in charge are Western Engineering, Ltd's
President, Duane J. Cargill who oversees all activities. Duane
provides guidance and support as required for pre-construction services
and project management. The Estimator/Project Manager will be Erwin
Azada and Victor Erickson. They are responsible for providing pre-construction services, estimating, master scheduling, project management, and contract administration. Our main office support staff assists as required.
Western Engineering has on-site Project Engineers, responsible for the daily activities and progress, as well as quality control. Our Superintendents will be responsible for safety planning and implementation. Assistant Superintendent and Project Secretary are assigned as needed to support the Superintendent.
